Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery Information

Every order is subject to product availability. In case item/items are not in stock at the time of delivery kindly refer to the shortage & settlement terms. Term Delivery will include delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Every order will be considered accepted and completed once the delivery notification is sent to you.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses/areas mentioned in our website. Addresses are identified by pin codes. Any order/delivery outside of designated areais not available online, at this moment of time. We will be happy to fulfill your request, call or mail us.

3. Delivery Schedule

At the moment delivery days are Tuesday and Friday of the week. Delivery time would be from 12 PM to 9 PM. Delivery schedule is to be used as a guide only and are subjected to the acceptance and approval of your order. In case of customer not present during final delivery, we suggest to use the Delivery on Convenience to prevent the scenario. Alternatively our logistics team will take your last moment concurrence/confirmation to deliver as per your Advice.

4. Delivery on Convenience

To help you receive your order at your time of convenience, kindly provide special instructions during order placement by filling up the comments like hand over to neighbor or security.

5. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simple, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
At this moment free delivery will be applicable for all orders above Rs 385/-.

6. Delivery Spoilages and Damages

If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately at customercare@greendna.in by sending photograph of the damaged products with the order information. Kindly refer return policy for more details.
