I’m so happy I discovered the farm, the amazing variety of foods is truly impressive, genuine farm dairy is a particular highlight, you can’t get it in any other organic stores in Bangalore!Jeevan was super helpful when he called to inform that the order was packed and let me know about some out-of-stock items and asked if I wanted any replacements, which is a great customer-oriented practice. Later he delivered everything and checked to make sure nothing was missing. He is also very responsive on whatsapp with any issues, speaks a good English and is very pleasant to interact with. The overall impression was excellent!Other organic stores just send a delivery partner who drops the order off, but making sure everything is delivered and replacement are made, that’s why such a service is highly appreciated.
