Protection of Purchase
GreenDNA® is committed to deliver each of its produce under the stringent quality process of "selecting-sorting", so that every produce is absolutely "fresh – fine" under aspects of its look, touch and taste. If for any reason a particular produce delivered does not live up to expectation, we offer our customer driven policy termed Protection of Purchase (PoP), that guarantees you a free replacement for that quantity which is non-edible, at No cost, in the next subsequent order. The PoP policy is applicable only for those issues of defect that are reported to us within 24 hours from the time of Delivery for a particular order.
The customer guidelines to claim produce replacement under PoP are as follows.
Check – Snap - Report Confirmation to GreenDNA® (Customer Do’s)
- Check physically each of the produce and its quantity so ordered, and find if any of the them seems non-edible / non usable. For e.g. Looks aged, Not fresh or externally damaged / not consumable
- Take/Snap a picture of the not so right ones found, and share it to us either on WhatsApp Number or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Await confirmation of acknowledgement / acceptance from our customer support to process this under POP.
- We will ensure that whatever quantity that’s non-edible is added by us as free replacement in your subsequent order
Terms & Conditions
- If reported and recorded as per above customer guideline, within 24hr after delivery of the particular order.
- The above said Produce have to be returned on receipt of replacement .
- Only as free replacement in the next subsequent order from the same customer.
