Bajji Recipe:
Take a tender ridge gourd
Wash it in water
Peel the outer cover for softness
Cut in to thin round slices
Batter:
Take 1 cup Organic Besan
Add it to an open vessel for forming the batter
Add besan, chilli powder, asafoetida powder and salt as required
Make a thick paste
Put the cut ridge gourd in batter and mix
Heat the oil for deep fry
Once reaches frying temperature, put ridge guard slice by slice in to the oil
Allow it to turn golden brown
